Yes, it is not unusual for the listing agent to include both listing and buyer agents’ commissions in the Real Estate Listing Agreement. This is because the broker of the listing agent typically pays the buyer’s agent’s broker. The buyer’s agent’s broker will then pay the buyer’s agent.
